ASHA is a Non-Government Organization registered under society registration act in the year 1999-2000. The organization stands on the base of some sacrificed efforts of every committed person. The objective behind its initiation is degradation of service delivery system of Government, Improper management of natural resources and withdrawal of Government responsibilities form service sector. In the past, as per the need, activities are carried out in all level. Some of the better experience gained on right based action in comparison to service-based action. The main focus was on child rights and education, health hygiene and disability, livelihood and agriculture. Children are the future of the nation so it is necessary to save the children from different violations. In this matter child rights have different dimensions which inter-linked with health, education, disability, livelihood and other issue.

Children Festival
This program was organized by Asha NGO in collaboration with Gram Panchayath of Odisha. Here, more than 500 children were participated from different school, high school and colleges of three gram panchayath of both district Odisha. Various events like drawing competition, essay competition, song competition, dance competition. The winners were felicitated by prize and certificates. Guest guests from district level like Child Protection Officer. Both Odisha and Child Protection Officer and local servants were the guest and distributed certificate and prizes to the winners.

Observation of Child Rights Week
Child rights week has been celebrated in Sagada, Gundulia and Sundhipadar Gram Panchayat of Boudh, Odisha. More that 300 children were participated in different events and got awarded.
